Our history
Founded in 1993, DELTA Technologies International designs and develops special-purpose machines dedicated to crystal measurement and orientation (silicon, SiC, quartz, sapphire, etc.), for semiconductor industry applications.
The X-ray goniometers are designed and manufactured in Mérignac (33), backed by more than 40 years of expertise and several hundred systems in operation worldwide.
Current RX goniometers are based on the historical SECASI design principles, recognized for their precision, robustness, and reliability in demanding industrial and scientific environments.
Important dates
1970
Creation of the first X-ray goniometer by SECASI engineers in connection with more than 20 countries.
1993
Creation of the company Delta Technologies Intl for the development of X-ray goniometers and specific tools.
2008
A new team takes over the management of Delta Technologies and launches an extensive R&D program to review its entire product range.
2018
Expansion of the company's field of activity with the design and production of specific tools and special machines.
2023
Takeover of the company by Mr DAVID Thomas and Mr VAUVRE Nicolas
2024
Acquisition of IMETRONIC, a company specialized in the design and manufacturing of mechatronic solutions for scientific research, particularly in the field of neuroscience.
2025
Relocation of DELTA Technologies operations to the Marcheprime (33) site.
