Equipment
This equipment, as illustrated in the photos and diagrams, incorporates a base plate on which two adjustable beam guides are mounted.

A robust pneumatically controlled clamping device is capable of applying firm pressure to the ingot. It can be moved along the entire length of the ingot in order to apply pressure at its center.

The guides are adjustable, allowing beams of different widths to be used.
The ingot remains centered relative to the clamping device. The firm pressure applied by the clamping system ensures proper alignment between the ingot and the beam, preventing any uncontrolled movement of the ingot during the curing phase.
When the clamping device is moved to the rear “load” position, space is cleared on the top, front, and sides, allowing the ingot to be loaded using an overhead handling system.
