Our history
Created in 1993, Delta Technologies International designs and develops specific machines for the measurement and orientation of silicon crystals, SiC, quartz, sapphire... for the manufacture of semiconductors.
X-ray goniometers still designed at Merignac (33) after 40 years and several hundreds of equipments in operation thoughout the world.

Important dates
1970
Creation of the first X-ray goniometer by SECASI engineers in connection with more than 20 countries.
1993
Creation of the company Delta Technologies Intl for the development of X-ray goniometers and specific tools.
2008
A new team takes over the management of Delta Technologies and launches an extensive R&D program to review its entire product range.
2018
Expansion of the company's field of activity with the design and production of specific tools and special machines.
2023
Takeover of the company by Mr DAVID Thomas and Mr VAUVRE Nicolas
